The Training
The Arts of Wudang Mountains are comprehensive, simple, smooth & nature based. Every YIN Movement has a YANG Movement, every inner intention has an outer expression. BALANCE is the word that gives best description to the Arts of Wudang. Train with me and cross your most inner (and outer) Limits to the fullest.
The Spirituality
You look at it, you can not see it, you listen but you can not hear it.
It includes heaven and earth and feeds all beings.
In its origin state, it has no name. In its expression it is the Root of all beings. As ONE you call it XUAN - Within Xuan there is a deeper Xuan. The Gate of all Life.
The Unknown
The Mountains of Wu Dang earlier were referred to as 'Mountains of the highest Harmony' (Tai He Shan).
Everyone who is been here once, knows this meaning most personal and within.
We discover together Meditation Caves and Cultivation Shrines and feel the Frequencies of these sacred places.

Training is Monday to Friday! Second Week Wednesday is free. (in both Options)
There will be regular Training Sessions on various places at the Mountains, Temples and Training Grounds we choose and select natural. Sightseeing and Hikes through the Mountains, Forest and Temples are part of the Training.
Getting closer to the Chinese Culture, Language & Customs too are layers of this Travel.
